FAQ’s

I’m too busy to set this up - can you do it for me?
Yes. As a
Founding Member, we’ll handle the setup for you. Once you sign the letter of Intent (LOI), we’ll pull approved images and key details from your website and/or ATDW, map your location, and build your profile in the platform. You simply review and approve before it goes live.

Is this exclusive - will it take away from our OTA partners?
No. We’re not an OTA - we’re a transport platform. Think of us as the digital infrastructure that helps move visitors around the destination and bring them to your door. You keep your existing sales channels; we fill the gaps by connecting guests (including those without a car) to you through seamless, bookable transport.

How does the money work?
For the
Founder Tier, there are zero monthly fees for the life of the platform to help us get started. You only pay a small commission when a booking is generated through the platform (e.g., transport bookings you refer, or tickets sold via the app). Payouts are automated weekly via Stripe, straight to your bank account.

Will government run transport be seen on the App? (ie. Translink buses, ferries, trains?) Transport for NSW, Transport Victoria, Transperth, Adelaide Metro, Metro Tasmania, Transport Canberra, NT Dept of Transport ???

How does this work when my venue has no infrastructure out to it - currently the only option is to drive or hire a private mini bus??

Commissions & Payouts.

How do commissions work when I promote the app?
If you promote the app on your website or at your venue and a guest books transport through it, you earn a commission on that booking.

What happens if a guest buys my ticket through the app?
If a guest books your entry ticket through the app, we take a small commission. The rest is paid to you.

How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are automated and processed weekly via Stripe. Funds are deposited directly into your bank account - you’ll simply see the money arrive.
